  • How do I signup for an Outpace account
    As a business Get in touch with our customer success team on 1300 152 666 or via our web form on the 'Contact Us' page. Getting you setup takes no time at all, but at this time we do need to help you get started. As a staff members Your company's Outpace training admin can invite you via the company portal. Please get in touch with the individual responsible for the Outpace account at your company. As an individual carer In the near future, Outpace will become available to anyone looking to train in a better way. Right now though, Outpace is currently only available to businesses and their staff members. Please drop us a line via our 'Contact Us' web form to go onto our mailing list to be notified when we release additional features.
  • I signed up but haven't received my Welcome to Outpace email
    Whilst every effort is made to ensure that these emails are delivered, if you do not see the email in a few minutes in your inbox, check your “spam” folder or “junk” folder and add “no-reply@outpacetraining.com” to your Safe Sender List.
  • Who is the Outpace platform for?
    Outpace is a professional eLearning platform designed for aged care workers and aged care businesses.
  • What countries does Outpace work in?
    Outpace is a globally accessible product.
  • How much is Outpace?
    Call us on 1300 152 666 for a quick quote. Outpace is significantly cheaper than any other form of effective training including online solutions and traditional training methods. We guarantee Outpace will add value to your business and staff's success at an unmatched price. Outpace is currently offering custom pricing solutions and we would love to supply you with a quote.   • Which web browsers can I use?
    We currently recommend you use the Chrome browser. Other browsers such as Safari will work, but you may run into issues that we don't support. We DO NOT support Internet Explorer. This browser does not include some of the advanced technology Outpace needs to run correctly. Do not use Internet Explorer. More browsers will be supported in the future.
  • How can I submit an issue / bug I found in the software?
    You can give feedback of any nature at the link under 'help' at the top right of your account.
  • Who can I contact for support?

  • Outpace Lingo | Glossary
    Training Group A collection of staff members whom you can assign specific training modules. Permission Group A set of permissions that a users account will have. Depending on a users Permission Group, they will only be able to do specific tasks within Outpace. Learning Pathway A collection of training topics designed to lead a learner through a specific educational path. A Learning Pathway can be made up of a single Module or it can be made up of many topics from a variety of training Modules. Module A collection of topics on the same subject. For example, 'Manual Handling' is a Module, while 'Changing Sheets' is a Topic. A Module can be made up of many Topics. Topic A single training experience within a Module. Scene Within a topic there may be one or many Scenes. Each Scene helps build the narrative of the topic. My Required Training that has been assigned to you by your company's training manager. All Library Find all the available training modules and pathways in this screen. My Library This is where you find all training that has been assigned to you or saved by you. Users Also known as 'Team Members'. People who are part of your organisation. For example, there are users who do training, users who look after the admin of the Outpace account, or users who can only access billing details. Analytics Data about the learning progress of yourself or your team
  • How do I update my email and password?
    To update your email address or password : Click on the 'Person Icon' at the top right. Go to 'Change password' Fill in your current password for security reasons. Choose a new password Confirm the password again Click 'Change Password'
  • How do I update billing details
    At this stage, your Outpace customer success contact will help you with anything you need in regards to billing. Get in touch if you have any questions about your account.
  • How do I add a team member?
    To add one or many team members, go to 'Manage Users' and then 'Users' on the left side menu bar. On the right, click 'Invite Users' Choose the permission group you would like them to be a part of and click 'Next' Type email addresses manually or copy and paste emails from a document. Click 'ADD +' Click 'Invite' Those people will get an email invitation and will be prompted to create their name, username and password before gaining access to their account.
  • What happens if I cancel my subscription?
    If you cancel your account you will retain access to Outpace until the end of your current subscription period. In line with our Terms, please know that no refunds are issued. See the Legal Notices at the bottom of the website to understand our product terms.
  • Will I lose my progress if I delete videos from my downloads?
    No, if you delete videos from your downloads (this feature only available on the mobile app), your learning progress and analytics won't be removed, only the video files will be removed so as to clear space on your device.
  • How do I get an invoice
    You should have been supplied with an invoice on signup, but if you can't find that, drop us a line either through your usual account manager or on 1300 152 666. We will get you an invoice sent to your email.
  • How do I cancel my account?
    Let us know if you're looking to cancel your account by calling your usual account manager or calling us on 1300 152 666. In line with our Terms, please know that no refunds are issued. If you cancel your account you will retain access to Outpace until the end of the period of your subscription.
  • What devices can I use Outpace on?
    Outpace can be used on various devices for various reasons. Here is your basic guide. Doing training - Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Tablet Account admin - Desktop, Laptop Viewing your learning analytics - Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Tablet
  • How do I change my password?
    If you know your current password and wish to change it Log in to your account Click on the 'account icon' at the top right of the screen. Click on your email address (above the words 'Log Out') Scroll to the bottom and choose 'Change Password' Enter your existing password Enter your new password Enter the new password again to verify
  • I have more staff starting, how do I add more 'seats' to my account?
    Drop us a line either through your usual account manager or on 1300 152 666. We will get you updated with more seats instantly.
  • How do I login?
    There are 2 ways to login on a computer: Go to app.outpacetraining.com and login using your credentials Go to outpacetraining.com then click on 'Login' at the top right corner. On a mobile device: Go to the app store according to your device App Store (for Apple Devices) Play Store (for Android devices) Install the app, launch it, and then login using your credentials.
